Threat Detection Analyst

Monitor and analyze customer activity in Fastly’s Customer Security Operations Center, with a focus on security functions such as account takeovers, bot attacks, and WAF administration. Work on application-layer threats using web technologies, investigate escalated security cases from customers and automated systems, and drive continuous improvement through research and reporting. Support customers by creating and managing security content and delivering outstanding security services as part of a 24x7 SOC team.
