Job Summary

Analyze store observation programs and validate retail processes to improve product selection and display. Ensure products meet merchandising standards, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to finalize contracts, commissions, and timely delivery while executing inventory plans. Allocate the right products across branches based on retail requests, promotions, and best-sellers. Build weekly/monthly category promotional plans and partner with Marketing to develop category-level marketing strategies and provide required inputs.
