Job Summary

Partner with Jasper’s largest enterprise customers to drive measurable business outcomes with generative AI. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, helping define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, and build multi-quarter success plans. Drive enterprise adoption beyond initial deployment by removing barriers and recommending governance and operating models. Orchestrate cross-functional teams and handle executive escalations to realize long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior marketing, operations, digital transformation, and VP/C-level leaders and facilitate strategic conversations
•Help customers develop and evolve enterprise AI strategy and roadmap through outcome-focused executive discussions
•Define measurable success metrics and build multi-quarter success plans with milestones, an executive sponsor, and risk mitigation
•Identify, prioritize, and expand high-impact AI use cases across business units while tracking progress and removing barriers
•Drive enterprise adoption by recommending governance, enablement, and operating models and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or a similar customer-facing strategic role

•Track record leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
•Strong business acumen connecting technology investments to measurable outcomes and the customer’s business goals
