Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver construction projects from initiation to closeout, including scope, schedules, budgets, contracting/compensation strategies, EHS, quality, project controls, and change management.
  • •Ensure project compliance with construction management practices and standard operating procedures across multiple disciplines (mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, PSSS, IT and I/C).
  • •Partner with customer management; resource plan the project; provide direction to construction project teams; manage and apply knowledge of construction contracts.
  • •Develop and manage integrated plans with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory to achieve project objectives and commitments.
  • •Build and drive a safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle, from front-end planning to execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 4+ years of construction project management for major industrial facilities and/or tool equipment installation.
  • •Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 3+ years of construction project management (preferred).
  • •Project Manager Professional (PMP) is an advantage (preferred).
  • •Semiconductor experience (preferred).
  • •Demonstrate leadership skills to manage a diverse team, strong communications, and the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
