Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full life-cycle project management for assigned retail projects throughout North America (up to 10 per year)
  • •Align with Real Estate/Store Design/leadership on milestones, schedules, and landlord work letters; attend landlord kick-off calls
  • •Coordinate construction documentation submissions to building departments and review/redline design sets for scope, long-lead items, and risks
  • •Lead contractor/vendor bidding and award; manage vendor delivery schedule (VDS) and external vendor relationships
  • •Review/approve shop drawings, submittals, payment applications, and change orders; lead weekly OAC calls and generate/manage punch lists; support new store openings and closeout packages
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail construction
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in various development stages
  • •Knowledge of labor and material costs and best practices in the retail construction industry
  • •Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
  • •Strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
