Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of Premier/HNW customers in a customer-facing role within International Wealth and Premier Banking. Acquire, cross-sell, and retain customers to achieve business performance measures, conduct regular financial reviews, and upgrade non-Premier customers. Identify cross-selling and wealth review opportunities, coordinate with wealth advisers, and ensure service quality standards and compliance requirements are met while running your portfolio effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage highest value Premier customers with professionalism and a strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
•Acquire, cross-sell, and retain a Premier customer portfolio in coordination with branch and direct teams to meet performance measures.
•Conduct active portfolio management, including full reviews to understand immediate and future financial requirements.
•Identify cross-selling opportunities, drive customer loyalty, and handle non-qualifiers by reinstating eligibility or transferring out in a customer-driven manner.
•Ensure service quality standards are met under published Service Level Agreements and that portfolio performance aligns with the Target Operating Model (TOM), including compliance with relevant group and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•A recognized tertiary Diploma/Degree qualification.
•Minimum five (5) years of proven, progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients and strong wealth management skills.
•Hold required licenses/certifications (CFP, PCE - Life and Insurance, unit trust federation, MTA, and IPPC) and be able to communicate in English and local languages.
