Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute import and export shipments from quote through final delivery, ensuring smooth movement of goods
  • •Handle LTL and FTL shipments, including hazardous materials, in compliance with required regulations
  • •Arrange collections and manage delivery orders and bills of lading, including pre- and post-shipment documents
  • •Coordinate customs clearance, prepare accurate shipping instructions and documentation (e.g., bill of entry), and track BL status and local charges
  • •Monitor milestones and maintain accurate records in CargoWise while completing job costing/billing, invoice monitoring, and payments follow-ups

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
  • •3-4 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
  • •Experience in operations with broad knowledge of freight regulations
  • •CargoWise experience preferred
  • •Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication
