Job Summary

Develop and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to support program execution, including baseline change requests, variance analysis, and monthly latest revised estimates. Monitor cost and schedule performance metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC, TCPI), produce quarterly and monthly estimate updates, and update RPLAN while analyzing impact on BSEC. Serve as the financial point of contact for program management and partner with IPTs to support cost/schedule integration, compliance reviews, forecasts, and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain EVMS for program execution, including baseline change requests, variance analysis, and monthly latest revised estimate development and reporting.
•Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for externally reported programs.
•Monitor and analyze cost and schedule performance metrics, including CPI, SPI, EAC, and TCPI; develop and review quarterly and monthly estimates.
•Support financial planning activities (RPLAN updates) and analyze/communicate program impact on bookings, sales, earnings, and cash (BSEC).
•Serve as financial point of contact for program management, support cost/schedule integration with CAMs and cross-functional teams, and assist with compliance reviews, forecasts, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), program controls, or integrated cost and schedule management.
•Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience delivering program execution data and analysis reporting (EVMS-related).
