Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • •Monitor cost, schedule, and project performance against approved baselines and perform variance analysis.
  • •Support project setup, planning, estimating, and resource forecasting activities.
  • •Prepare and maintain project performance reports, dashboards, and status updates; track project KPIs.
  • •Review WIP, accounts receivable, invoicing status, and project financial health; support risk escalation, corrective actions, budget re-baselining, change management, and closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting/finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in project controls, project finance, cost control, scheduling, or project management support.
  • •Experience supporting small to large projects.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management/reporting tools; familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred.
