Job Summary

Assist the Talent Delivery and Hiring teams as a Recruiting Coordinator for Salesforce’s Futureforce University Recruiting program. Own interview scheduling across regional/global units, manage interview logistics, ensure compliance, and partner with recruiters to enhance the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for the Interview Scheduling Process across multiple business units at both a regional & global level, including scheduling and coordinating phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews of varying complexity.
•Manage all logistics for the interview process, including coordinating travel (flights & accommodation) and processing candidate reimbursements, and greet candidates for onsite interviews at the designated office hub.
•Audit Employment Agreements and ensure Background Investigations are completed in a timely fashion before start date.
•Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers across all levels, acting as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot challenges and improve the candidate experience.
•Prioritize multiple tasks across different regions while maintaining efficiency, equity and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in a customer/client facing industry
•1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
•High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•Growth mindset and ability to adapt to change with resilience
