•Lead a team of engineers responsible for building the backend, frontend for PAM features.
•Drive the adoption of AI across your team’s software development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and speed.
•Work closely with Product Management to develop and implement the product roadmap.
•Recruit great engineers to accelerate our work and mentor them as they advance in their careers.
•Establish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for individuals and the team.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience building SaaS or Infrastructure software products as a software engineer or manager
•3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang/Java/C++/C#
•Deep understanding of at least 1 major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)
•2+ years of technical management experience
•Bachelor's in CS, or equivalent
