Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the calendar and coordinate meetings, schedules, and conference room/equipment logistics for the supported group.
  • •Maintain departmental files and records, including dispositions and transmitting/recording information.
  • •Gather, compile, and summarize information for special projects and conduct special studies as required.
  • •Assist with analysis and evaluation of data, performance of systems/equipment, work activities, and programs; solve problems and recommend corrective action.
  • •Assist in evaluating industry proposals, regulations, and guidelines for impacts to plant activities, programs, and processes; prepare training materials and conduct training.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or a High School diploma with 6 years of equivalent related work experience.
  • •Ability to handle multiple project and assignments simultaneously.
  • •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • •Planning skills and the ability to work across functions to achieve planned results.
  • •Oral and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with others in the industry.
