  • •Drive the technical agenda and roadmap in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Owner
  • •Coach and develop engineers, strengthening both technical excellence and team performance
  • •Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between solutions and client needs
  • •Actively drive the adoption of modern technologies including cloud-native solutions, automation, and AI
  • •Identify opportunities where modern technologies create business value; encourage experimentation and learning; lead evolution of ways of working, tools, and engineering practices

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience
  • •Leadership experience with direct reports or in a similar role for several years
  • •Strong interest in financial markets, FX knowledge is a merit
