Ensure strong consumer experience aligned with brand values and service standards. Oversee accurate cashier transactions using the appropriate POS system, including correct discounts and proper documentation. Manage merchandise operations such as processing inbound/outbound goods, scanning items for correct pricing, and issuing receipts, refunds, exchanges, and purchase tickets.
