Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate airport staff and contracted personnel across customer services, ticketing, operations, baggage handling, ramp, catering, and security.
  • •Manage staff schedules, training, performance appraisals, audits, and financial performance to meet operational goals and compliance standards.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, reduce cost, streamline processes, and optimize use of personnel, facilities, vendors, and airport infrastructure with a focus on safety and customer experience.
