Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across international jurisdictions to deliver a superior client and employee offboarding experience.
  • •Guide clients on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate sensitive client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultation meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations, responding to internal and external queries and coordinating appropriate stakeholders.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and contribute to process improvements, automation, and initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced business-level English proficiency and strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills with confidentiality.
