Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily SME support for defect triage calls to resolve complex network issues.
  • •Perform lifecycle management of trouble tickets to successful resolution, ensuring information for R&D investigation and implementing recommendations.
  • •Lead deep dive analytics and fault investigations for feature and performance test cases to resolve within SLAs.
  • •Manage and validate test cases, upgrade procedures, trouble-shooter guides, and product documentation for consistent test execution.
  • •Plan and execute software upgrades and regression testing for VNF-based core nodes on VMware, and support integration to Samsung MCX nodes with analysis, feedback, or logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive background in 4G/5G Core and IMS network technologies, especially Mission Critical Voice/Video and Data features.
  • •Expertise in IMS and VoLTE architecture, interfaces, and protocols, with hands-on testing of Mission Critical Voice/Video/Data services on commercial VoLTE networks.
  • •Knowledge of testing and diagnosis tools including Wireshark, SIP/RTP/RTCP and Diameter log analysis, IXIA load testing, and ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
  • •Experience with OS lifecycle management for VM deployments on VMware, including greenfield deployments and upgrades.
  • •Awareness of NIST, OWASP, GCF, and UK TSA requirements, plus willingness to support an on-call rota and work extended periods at customer locations as needed.
