Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining performance and reliability.
  • •Develop, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud applications, including implementing security models, advanced user management (JIT, SSO), and managing site migrations.
  • •Integrate Experience Cloud with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • •Optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Experience Builder to improve usability and scalability.
  • •Lead automated and manual testing (test planning and risk mitigation), provide post-deployment production support, and troubleshoot/resolution of defects with technical documentation.
