Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts while diagnosing issues using machine data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and use independent judgment in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts; when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements for moving/standing/stooping/bending.
