Key Responsibilities

  • •Review accommodation event requests for completeness, monitor events throughout the lifecycle, and track milestones and required actions until closure.
  • •Create, update, and maintain customer profiles; draft, revise, and distribute accommodation-related communications.
  • •Organize and maintain supporting documentation and records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • •Coordinate employer communications and outreach, manage follow-ups, and facilitate information exchange between stakeholders.
  • •Monitor pending actions and service requests, generate reminders, manage task queues/workflow progression, and escalate items needing additional review or action.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete at least 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, or have a U.S. high school diploma or GED.
  • •Have a valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN and NIS card.
  • •Be available to work any day and any assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays.
  • •Be able to train and/or work onsite and support high-volume inbound calls.
  • •Have strong communication and attention to detail, with typing speed of at least 35 wpm (80% accuracy), and basic PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
