Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while developing and executing personal sales plans.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
