Job Summary

Drive technical readiness and partner enablement across AMD’s Enterprise Datacenter ecosystem by serving as a bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and channel partners. Develop and deliver technical bootcamps, workshops, and hands-on labs, build role-based learning paths, and support product launches with scalable enablement frameworks and partner communication plans. Translate complex AI/datacenter concepts into practical assets and improve partner activation using measurable enablement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute AMD Datacenter technical enablement strategies across channel partners, distributors, OEMs, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners.
•Deliver technical bootcamps, architecture workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, webinars, and hands-on labs; build role-based learning paths.
•Support product launches with technical readiness plans, enablement content, workshops, and partner communication strategies.
•Develop enablement assets such as architecture guides, solution playbooks, battlecards, workload assessments, demo environments, reference architecture, and workshop curriculum.
•Collaborate with OEMs, ISVs, GSIs, distributors, and strategic partners; drive technical advisory boards and partner feedback forums to improve AMD offerings.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding and experience in datacenter infrastructure, enterprise technology, partner enablement, solution architecture, technical sales, or business development.
•Strong understanding of server technologies, enterprise AI, accelerated computing, data center networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and storage architecture.
•Experience working with semiconductor/server companies, OEMs, distributors, cloud providers, system integrators, or channel partners.
•Familiarity with semiconductor components and systems (AMD EPYC, AMD Instinct, ROCm preferred), AI/ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, VMware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and HPC environments.
•Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, excellent presentation/communication skills, and ability to influence executive and technical audiences.
