Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and teams to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory needs.
  • •Mentor and develop engineering talent, including managing lead engineers, succession plans, and scaling leadership capability.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive digital experiences.
  • •Lead Agile engineering teams/programs, providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of reliable, high-performance distributed and cloud-native systems, aligning execution to enterprise goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (or virtualization technologies).
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience leading and delivering technical design, including architectural review, CI/CD, and troubleshooting within cloud environments (per preferred qualifications).
