Watchmaker

Assess the condition, authenticity, and functionality of timepieces, diagnosing issues and performing repairs to restore accuracy and performance. Handle basic to moderately complex mechanical service, including adjustments, regulations, battery replacement for quartz models, and link additions/removal. Coordinate with watchmakers, clients, customers, and Operations to obtain repair approvals, and support training initiatives to help scale and diversify the watch repair program.
