Client Relationship Consultant 1 (Banker) - Castro Valley, CA

Build trusted relationships with consumers and business clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, providing guidance across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to their goals, and complete basic transactions and service requests. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, educate clients on digital/self-service tools, and partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, excellent client experience.
