Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • •Deliver high-quality short lists and perform resume/phone screens, candidate interviews, and recommendations for final selection.
  • •Place and update job postings across internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
  • •Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other recruiting administration; respond to applicant requests and follow up with managers.
  • •Represent Airbus at recruiting events (e.g., college job fairs), provide company/job information, and increase campus awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interviewing experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.
  • •Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and recruitment/employment programs, including US employment and labor laws.
  • •Proven ability to communicate and effectively present the organization’s value proposition; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; French, German, or Spanish preferred.
