Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end performance management of AOP Objectives and Key Results, ensuring owners are empowered and accountable.
  • •Maintain operational tempo by ensuring consistent progress through follow-ups, feedback loops, and schedule management.
  • •Early-identify systemic risks or operational blockers to OKR success, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
  • •Facilitate the departmental annual planning process and mid-year (2H) adjustments to keep goals ambitious yet realistic.
  • •Partner with department Ops Leads to prepare QBR materials and serve as the cross-department “glue” for roadmap alignment.
