Play a key role in the safe operation of vessels and cargo handling at HM Naval Base Portsmouth. Support berthing, slipping, anchoring and mooring, perform ship husbandry and maintenance, operate deck machinery, and assist with cargo operations. Maintain shipboard equipment, handle ropes and valves following safe procedures, and support environmental protection measures. You’ll be part of Serco’s Marine Services team, helping deliver reliable maritime services with strong safety focus.
