Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats, including multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination techniques.
  • •Develop high-performance, real-time software systems to process radar sensor data and maintain tracks on dozens to hundreds of targets.
  • •Build and leverage modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance, quantify capabilities, and identify improvements.
  • •Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems.
  • •Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments and communicate technical trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers; support demonstrations and field tests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
  • •Solid foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations).
  • •Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
