Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide tactical and strategic operational support to ensure successful development and ramp of a high-volume or technology development fabrication facility.
  • •Offer technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle to aid new product introduction (NPI) builds and to sustain or optimize manufacturing processes.
  • •Define and drive the development and implementation of manufacturing decisions, support tools, methodologies, and standards for operation sequences and processes.
  • •Sustain manufacturing activities by defining requirements, assessing technologies, and developing a manufacturing plan and supply chain to enable it.
  • •Collaborate with factory operations management, engineering, and automation stakeholders to understand goals and develop strategies and tools to design, develop, and scale coordination for all products, and monitor performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management preferred)
  • •Working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus
  • •Strong verbal and written English communication and stakeholder management
  • •Ability to influence and resolve issues through constructive confrontation
  • •Knowledgeable in structured problem-solving methods and data-driven mindset
