Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Travel and Expense function, including month-end and reconciliation activities.
•Collaborate with employees, finance, and HR to ensure seamless and accurate expense approvals.
•Lead a staff or team through lower-level supervisors and provide guidance and technical advice.
•Ensure 100% achievement of process KRAs and timely processing of tasks while maintaining internal controls and compliance.
•Handle internal, transactional, and statutory audits and serve as liaison between requestors, leadership, and support teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Travel and Expense/AP process with 3–5 years managerial or leadership experience
•In-depth knowledge of Travel and Expense month-end and reconciliation activities
•Prior experience with Concur, ERP systems, and Excel
•Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities with advanced influencing and communication skills
•Advanced analytical/problem-solving, excellent organizational/time-management, and ability to develop operational and strategic plans
