Job Summary

Drive end-to-end product and platform delivery as a technical program manager across agile and hybrid environments. Lead large enterprise technical programs from inception through production, decomposing problems, accelerating execution, and establishing governance, metrics, and transparent reporting. •Own program and portfolio execution, optimizing processes, aligning teams and technologies, and ensuring efficient resource use.
•Build, lead, and mature a high-performing TPM function, fostering strong delivery culture, empathy, and accountability.

•Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum, SAFe, and blended delivery models (work decomposition, sprint planning, backlog management, delivery acceleration).
•Solid understanding of software engineering, system design, and architecture, with the ability to engage engineers on trade-offs, scalability, and constraints.
•Proven ability to drive business and customer outcomes through technical execution, measured through metrics and results.
