  • •Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the warehouse and materials management functions.
  • •Provide leadership for warehouse, inventory, and materials management operations.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy, management of critical spares and operating supplies, and related transportation, receiving, and shipping activities.
  • •Develop and manage annual budget, KPIs, and operational performance targets.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees; administer the collective agreement and manage labor relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supervising unionized employees in an industrial environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and supply chain best practices.
