Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility/business case to completion.
  • •Provide end-to-end cost management services, including cost planning, benchmarking, and report writing.
  • •Support procurement activities, including knowledge of public procurement (beneficial).
  • •Perform pre- and post-contract administration, including NEC or FIDIC-type contracts, and post-contract cost control and reporting.
  • •Contribute to value management/engineering and support final accounts, acting as day-to-day client contact when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience on capital infrastructure projects (preferred).
  • •Strong capability with cost planning end-to-end, including benchmarking of costs.
  • •Experience with pre- and post-contract administration, including NEC or FIDIC-type contracts.
  • •Familiarity with post-contract cost control and reporting, value management/engineering, and final accounts.
  • •Ideally working towards professional chartership in Accounting or Quantity Surveying (RICS or SCSI) or having equivalent relevant education/experience.
