Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Fire Portfolio ideation strategy to identify, prioritize, and convert high-impact opportunities into executable projects.
  • •Build and maintain an improvement-initiative pipeline covering productivity, cost reduction, quality, and supply chain.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional ideation events, value engineering workshops, and innovation campaigns across global teams.
  • •Evaluate hardware/product designs, components, materials, manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies to identify value engineering and design-to-cost opportunities.

  • •8–10 years of professional experience in hardware design with strong fundamentals in electrical, analog, digital, and power electronics engineering and value/component engineering methodologies.

  • •Expertise in process design and manufacturing methodologies and experience across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma, with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across large cross-functional teams.
