Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute RTM strategy and drive on-trade sales activities as key to on-trade strategy success.
  • •Advance strategic partnerships with major customers based on on-trade priorities and develop new business opportunities.
  • •Promote Diageo products through channel strategy execution plans for key bar supplier accounts and maximize investment effectiveness.
  • •Build best-fit relationships to align investments and strategies between key bar suppliers and Diageo, including planning and driving annual joint business plans (JUBP).
  • •Execute category sales plans to achieve a “triple win” across customers, consumers, and Diageo, including understanding account needs and ensuring required contracts and compliance documents/practices are in place.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to understand market conditions, customer trends, and P/L impact, analyze sales and market information, and create and execute strategic proposals that drive growth.
  • •Ability to conduct consultative, problem-solving sales by understanding customer needs and proposing solutions to support category growth, profitability improvement, and customer acquisition.
  • •Build trust with customers and develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders across bar supplier leadership and sales personnel, collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer value.
  • •Execute set strategies and plans at a high level, manage execution from planning through review, and use a PDCA cycle to create results.
  • •Embrace change and continuously learn to adapt to shifting market and customer needs and contribute to personal and team growth.
