Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning, work with and supervise assigned project personnel, and coordinate the project with administrators.
  • •Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements and develop alternative training strategies for decision-makers.
  • •Develop training planning data (resource requirements and follow-on recommendations) and define training considerations for the instructional delivery system.
  • •Develop and implement testing instruments, plans, and guides to pretest learners and measure learning outcomes during formative and summative evaluations.
  • •Guide, review, and approve learning sequence of experiences and support meetings, agendas, and team alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •Experience in all phases of instructional system development, including planning, coordination, implementation, revision, presentation, and maintenance of training programs.
  • •Ability to develop testing instruments and measures for cognitive, psychomotor, and performance learning outcomes.
  • •Experience developing testing plans, test administrator’s guides, and cross-references of test items to learning objectives.
