Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
  • •Develop and maintain client and carrier relationships; act as subject matter expert for Health & Welfare Benefits.
  • •Maintain project plans and ensure client deliverables are delivered on time, delegating to more junior team members as needed.
  • •Oversee implementations of new business and the open enrollment process; review client communications and materials.
  • •Explain legislative guidelines (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125) and conduct annual client compliance audits to ensure plan compliance.
