Key Responsibilities

•Manage the workload of internal projects and ensure timely deliverables.
•Set and manage client expectations; oversee project scope, timings and budget.
•Consult internal and external stakeholders for best practices and ensure adherence to global standards, workflows, and guidelines.
•Coordinate internal (virtual) teams formed for various projects and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
•Act as mediator between production and internal client, ensuring clear information flow and client-specific requirements are understood.
•Find feasible solutions in a variety of situations for both client and production teams; manage ad-hoc requests and deliverables.
•Handle administrative tasks related to project management details (KPIs, project databases, etc.).

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in managing projects (preferably in market research or in a multinational organization).
•Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
•Very good English language command – both written and spoken.
•Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Budgeting and controlling experience is a plus.
