Job Summary

Design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions to improve manufacturing and enterprise workflows. Build and deploy agent-based systems that analyze data, support decisions, and execute actions across connected applications. Integrate APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms (including MES, ServiceNow, and SharePoint), and develop scalable orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement approaches. Key Responsibilities

•Identify business processes across manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise operations that can be improved through AI and automation.
•Design and deploy AI agents that analyze data, support decision-making, and execute actions across connected systems.
•Build automation workflows integrating applications, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms such as MES, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and reporting systems.
•Develop scalable approaches for agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
•Use operational data, logs, reports, and documents to enable predictive insights, root cause analysis, and smarter process execution.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience in software development, automation, systems engineering, or enterprise application integration.
•Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, lab, or enterprise operations environments.
•Exposure to MES, test systems, reporting platforms, or operational data workflows.
•Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, enterprise copilots, or emerging Agentic AI tools.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.
