Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate HVAC electrical installation activities at the project site, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
  • •Manage electrical foremen, electricians, and helpers; plan daily work, allocate manpower, and ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available.
  • •Monitor progress of HVAC electrical works and ensure completion per project schedule.
  • •Supervise installation and testing of electrical components for HVAC equipment, including power/control cables, cable trays, conduits, junction boxes, isolators, starters, VFDs, and control panels.
  • •Coordinate with HVAC, BMS, commissioning, and QA/QC teams for integration, inspections, documentation, and troubleshooting while ensuring HSE compliance and conducting toolbox talks.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and industrial electrical installations.
  • •Knowledge of AHU, FCU, chiller, pump, fan, and ventilation system electrical connections.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
