Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead due diligence, planning, and civil design teams to deliver data center projects on schedule and to a high quality standard.
  • •Manage civil design workstreams including mass grading, stormwater management, utility prepositioning, and on-/off-site roadways.
  • •Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans across stakeholders.
  • •Host and attend client and stakeholder meetings; proactively manage and communicate change and project updates.
  • •Identify and mitigate project risks, develop technical and financial proposals, and coach junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering plus eight (8) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Experience leading industrial and data center civil and utility infrastructure design.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with minimal oversight.
