Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and verify features for next-generation chips architecture in collaboration with hardware and software engineers.
  • •Influence system software and hardware architecture through architecture reviews and design specifications with cross-functional teams.
  • •Work with hardware, silicon, and pre-silicon teams to bring up new platforms, products, and prototype systems.
  • •Enable Linux and core operating system software across simulation, emulation, FPGA, and silicon platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • •Hands-on C programming experience and strong Linux kernel and core OS software expertise.
  • •Experience developing and debugging Linux device drivers and performing system-level debugging and root-cause analysis.
  • •Knowledge of system architecture fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, interrupts) and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
