Job Summary

Support the Senior Project Manager in delivering infrastructure capital projects, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality. Assist with ECI contract delivery, including contract administration, design review governance, technical assurance, specialist studies, estimation services, and construction supervision. Help prepare and submit project reports and registers (including risk registers), and support ongoing improvements to project/programme templates, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Project Manager in delivering capital projects, focused on budget, schedule, and quality output.
•Support delivery of ECI contracts, including contract administration, governance of outsourced design review, technical assurance, specialist studies, estimation services, and construction supervision.
•Prepare and submit regular project reports, registers (including risk registers), and programme reports for contract management, plus ad-hoc reports while coordinating with the Programme Manager.
•Contribute to the development of new templates, documents, systems, and processes for project/programme management using lessons learned and efficiency improvements.
•Support regular reviews of programme and project progress, budgets, changes, risks, and issues, ensuring timely production and circulation of reports and scorecards.

Key Requirements

•Hold a relevant third level qualification, preferably in Engineering or a related project management discipline.
•Demonstrate knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and construction delivery best practice.
•Have knowledge of contract management, using major contract forms such as NEC3, FIDIC, or similar.
•Show proven ability to implement and execute project management processes to drive performance.
•Have experience working on large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and in complex stakeholder environments.
