•Drive strategy for the vertical, owning revenue targets and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
•Serve as category advocate internally and externally, influencing go-to-market and product strategies.
•Train and empower the team to act as external product consultants for clients and agencies.
•Use data to identify consumer trends and lead development of playbooks that drive measurable outcomes.
•Maintain expertise in TikTok features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs, advising clients on ROI linkage.

Key Requirements

•Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
•Experience managing client solutions teams, including talent development and scaling teams.
•Proactive project and stakeholder management with strong organizational and analytical skills.
