Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enhance secure Power BI dashboards for HR Analytics, translating business needs into specifications, KPIs, and measures.
  • •Create visually compelling dashboard outputs that support senior stakeholder decision-making.
  • •Apply advanced DAX and JSON techniques, and build reusable Power BI components, measures, themes, and visual standards.
  • •Generate insight-led executive narratives, commentary, and actionable recommendations, including underlying drivers and business implications.
  • •Partner with Data Architecture and ETL/Alteryx resources, validate data integrity, and continuously improve MI products through agile prototyping and iterative delivery.
