  • •Oversee maintenance processes including automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, building, grounds, and overall upkeep of a facility.
  • •Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire technicians to create a positive team dynamic and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs.
  • •Ensure maintenance regulations are followed and maintain a current list of contractors for emergency repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •0 to 2+ years of experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability in the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry.
  • •High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • •Interest in spending most time on the shop floor and working directly with staff.
  • •Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance.
  • •Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics, with exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems.
