Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, linking marketing objectives to business goals through strategy, product adoption, and optimizations.
  • •Design and execute test-and-learn frameworks using full-funnel measurement solutions (including BLS, CLS, and ad effectiveness metrics) to optimize campaign performance.
  • •Facilitate integration of tracking signals (Pixels, MMPs) and social commerce solutions (e.g., TikTok Shop) to improve measurement and revenue growth.
  • •Manage and grow relationships with brands and agencies, maintaining end-to-end campaign health and proactive optimization to help clients meet or exceed KPIs.
  • •Deliver client education through data-driven business reviews, workshops, and post-campaign reporting/account audits with actionable next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a degree in marketing, advertising, technology, or media (or related field).
  • •Experience in account management or client services in digital marketing/advertising, with knowledge of media platforms and advertising KPIs.
  • •Strong understanding of the digital media/marketing landscape, including media metrics and business implications.
  • •Ability to manage both branding and performance advertisers across complex, scaling challenges in multiple markets.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, dashboarding, and analytical tools.
