Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Urbanism & Planning team by applying GIS, BIM, and parametric/3D modeling to enhance project analysis, visualization, and delivery.
  • •Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing spatial and non-spatial datasets to support planning and design decisions.
  • •Develop digital outputs including maps, dashboards, 3D models, and other visualizations for project presentations and stakeholder communications.
  • •Contribute to digital workflow development to improve project efficiency, data quality, and team collaboration.
  • •Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, and technical specialists to integrate digital capabilities into multidisciplinary workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory)
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Sciences, or related field
  • •Familiarity with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS), BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks), and/or parametric modeling tools (Rhino, Grasshopper)
  • •Basic programming or data skills (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript) and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in data-driven urban planning
