Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove advanced measurement, control, and regulation equipment, SCADA systems, and gas quality equipment.
  • •Monitor gas volumes through the measurement system, ensure corrections are applied, and detect/correct measurement errors with supporting documentation.
  • •Interpret and apply electrical and electronic schematics related to electronic flow measurement and measurement electronics.
  • •Maintain facilities and equipment, oversee third-party construction/maintenance activities, and complete required documentation and record keeping.
  • •Identify and report unsafe conditions and use stop work authority; participate in safety programs and respond to call-outs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency required; associate’s degree in a technical field and/or at least 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • •Working knowledge of the National Electric Codes and experience with electronic test instruments.
  • •Knowledge of natural gas and liquid chromatography, plus safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment used in gas and liquid product measurement and control, including AGA, API, and GPA measurement standards.
  • •Valid driver’s license meeting company insurability requirements; strong job safety focus with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
